RULES HELP PATHS

Get Help With a Rule While You Play

If a rule isn't clear mid-session, these are the fastest paths to get an answer without leaving the game. Our team can walk you through how a specific mechanic works, whether it's a side bet, a round-end condition or a payout calculation.

Team online

Live Chat Support

Open live chat directly from any game page. Ask about a specific rule — our team knows the tables and slot mechanics and can clarify in real time.

Rules Hub Search

Use the search bar in the Rules Hub to pull up the exact game or mechanic you need. Results show the relevant rule section, not a general page.

Account Help Centre

For rule disputes or round-history questions, the Help Centre lets you submit a ticket with your game session reference so our team can review the exact round.

HOW WE MAINTAIN RULES

How We Keep the Rules Accurate and Fair

The rules published in this hub come directly from the studios that build the games — Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and others. We update them whenever a provider releases a rule change or a new game variant. Every rule entry is cross-checked against the live game version so what you read here matches what runs in the lobby.

Provider-Sourced Rules

Every rule entry is sourced from the official documentation of the studio that built the game, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play and PG Soft.

Updated with Game Releases

When a studio releases a new variant or updates a mechanic, we revise the corresponding rules page before the game goes live in our lobby.

Round History Transparency

Your completed rounds are recorded in your account history. If a result looks off, you can check the round log and match it against the rules page.

RTP Shown Where Available

RTP figures are displayed only where the game provider exposes them. We do not estimate or invent RTP — if a game shows it, you will see it on the rules entry.

prg777 What the Game Rules Hub Covers Inside prg777

What the Game Rules Hub Covers Inside prg777

Each section of the Rules Hub maps directly to a game category in our lobby. For live casino, we explain how Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables deal cards, settle bets and handle side bets like Dragon Bonus in Baccarat or Perfect Pairs in Blackjack. Crash game rules cover how the multiplier climbs and when a round ends in titles like Aviator.

Slot rules explain paylines, ways-to-win formats and how scatter rounds trigger in games such as Mahjong Ways and Gates of Olympus. Players in Bekasi and elsewhere use this hub to check the rules before switching between game types.

Game Rules Glossary — Key Terms Explained

These are the terms that come up most often when reading game rules. Each definition is specific to how the term works inside the games we run.

What does RTP mean in a slot game?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total wagers a game returns over many rounds. It describes long-term statistical behaviour, not a per-session promise.

What is a side bet in live baccarat?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside the main baccarat hand. Examples include Dragon Bonus and Perfect Pairs, each settled independently based on specific card combinations.

What does 'ways to win' mean in a slot?

Ways to win counts every left-to-right symbol combination across reels rather than fixed lines. Mahjong Ways uses this format, so matching symbols on adjacent reels count as a win.

What is a multiplier in a crash game?

A multiplier is the rising number shown during a crash round, like Aviator. Your stake is multiplied by whatever value you cash out at before the round ends.

What does 'natural' mean in baccarat rules?

A natural is when the Player or Banker hand totals 8 or 9 from the first two cards. No additional card is drawn when a natural occurs, and the hand is settled immediately.

What is a scatter in slot rules?

A scatter symbol pays or triggers a feature regardless of its position on the reels. In Gates of Olympus, landing four or more scatters triggers the slot feature spin round.

Questions We Get About the Game Rules Hub

These are real questions about how the Rules Hub works and how it connects to the games in our lobby. If your question isn't here, live chat can pull up the specific rule entry for you.

Yes — it covers live casino tables, slots, crash games, fishing rooms and sports betting bet types. Each category has its own section so rules do not mix across game types.

Dragon Tiger rules are in the Live Casino section of the hub. The entry explains how the two-card format works, how tie bets are settled and what the side bet options are.

Yes. Rules are sourced from the studio that built each game and matched to the live version. If a rule update changes the mechanic, we update the hub entry before the change goes live.

The sportsbook section of the hub lists how common bet types are settled — including Asian handicap, over/under and Liga 1 match result bets — and covers void and postponement rules.

The hub opens in a separate browser tab, so you can keep your game running on prg777 and check the rules page alongside it without interrupting your session or losing your round.

Open a ticket in the Help Centre with your session reference. Our team reviews the round log against the provider's verified rule set and responds to your account directly.
